About Us

WORTH was formed in 2002 by Mark and Ernout.
They noticed firms suffering to shift as a result of the digital revolution and wanted to assist.

They didn't believe in the big bang approach to transformation, unlike standard consulting methods.
They desired a strategy that would help their clients develop long-term digital competencies, so the WORTH 'learn by doing' approach was established.
It's all about amazing individuals doing the right things in the right way.
