To begin with, we’re flexible in delivery models. We can use off-shore, on-site, or combined models. After that, we agree on the engagement model (Fixed Price, T&M, or Dedicated team). In each individual case, we help customers choose the most appropriate engagement model or a combination of several models.
As for the Deadlines, when we do the estimations for the Time&Material project we provide 3 scenarios: Pessimistic, Optimistic, and Most likely. In 90% of cases, we manage to meet the Most Likely one. Also on daily basis our team monitor and report the risks which can potentially affect the deadline.
As concerns budget, we are flexible in its planning due to the approach of smart scaling of the development team. As at the different stages, the different skill set is needed, we suggest our customers balanced team plans for each stage (at the beginning senior developers are required, while part of the development itself can be done by strong mid or junior engineers under supervision from senior with the same quality and time).
